Solar Eclipse on July 11, 2010 – Dr. Rakesh Kumar's Newsletter, July 1st, 2010

I had written in my previous newsletter about the difficult times ahead regarding natural calamities, and other situations. Next week, on July 11th, we have a total Solar eclipse coming up. The New Moon and the total Solar eclipse will create some disturbing Cosmic energies and will affect many countries around the world.
As per Vedic Astrology, the Sun, Moon, and Ketu are together in Gemini and Rahu opposite them. Mercury is in Cancer, Mars and Venus together in Leo, and Saturn in Vigo casting his glance at Sun, Moon and Ketu. This is not a good situation and could cause dangers all around. The Earth will shake due to strong electromagnetic forces and will cause a lot of disruption on Earth.
Countries and places around water would get most affected. Islands, peninsulas, and gulfs would be most susceptible to major dangers. There could be floods, storms, Tsunamis, and many accidents. I also see areas of green getting affected. Flora, fauna, valleys and lakes could be affected. All these need not happen just on July 11th, but does create energies for these things to come soon.
Financial situation in America will be worst affected and the Wall Street will be hit. There would be serious differences in the leaders of the government. Whatever the country tries to do to make up for the financial deficit, it would end up spending huge amounts due to other losses. Floods, storms will also take its toll. Oceans will be rough, rivers will overflow, and the sea life would also get affected.
People are advised not to travel on July 10th and 11th. No major investments, purchases should be done. Avoid any major medical procedures during these 2 days. Those who have the Moon sign of Gemini, Scorpio, Capricorn and partially the sign of Pisces should be most careful. Eat only pure vegetarian food, keep a low profile, and do not go outside to pubs, clubs and such public places.
There could be major health hazards, and viruses spreading. Most of these would be water related, allergies and some sort of poisoning, or food poisoning. It would be best to stay at home and try to meditate or pray. One could even do things like listen to some soothing and harmonious music or devotional songs.
As per America’s chart, Jupiter, Sun, Venus and Mars are all in Gemini. Looking at the overall planetary transits, the situation does not look good for the country. Nature destiny shall unleash its fury upon the land and the belly of America will be hit. The security, the military, the government, its finances and modes of transportation will all be vulnerable to dangers.
At times like these, everyone needs to follow this formula:

Today, June 21st the summer solstice begins.
As of today, as per Hindu Vedic Astrology, the Sun is in Gemini with the planet Ketu, The Moon is in Libra, Saturn is in Virgo, Rahu is in Sagittarius, Jupiter is in Pisces, Venus is in Cancer, Mercury is in Taurus, and Mars is in Leo.
First of all, let me explain to you as to why since the last year, there have been so many natural disasters, earthquakes, landslides, fires, volcano eruptions and so on. If you observe, all these disasters were land related. Mars controls land. Mars has been in Cancer since October 2009, until May 26th this year. This is an unusual time for Mars to occupy a zodiac sign. Mars generally transits a sign in one and a half months. Mars is generally a planet of destruction, violence, wars and disharmony. So whenever the planet Mars transits in some unfavorable sign, the situation becomes bad. Mars is debilitated in Cancer, so the effects were negative. For America, Mars was transiting the 8th from the rising sign, and 6th from the Moon sign. This caused calamities, destructions, earthquakes, debts and losses all around.
But now, Mars has moved into Leo. But Jupiter and Saturn are in opposition. The planets Rahu and Ketu are also in a transit which is not too favorable. Therefore there may be some confusion in the government. Financial companies will be stuck, with non circulation of money. The government will face much flak, and some leaders will prove to be shameful. There could be some dangers for the transport system. There could be some accidents. America’s allies and friends will fall out and the country will be facing some difficult times. Overall, America will see very good times from November 2011 onwards. For the immediate times, the New Moon in July may bring some great storm, and there could be some disruption of communications. From July 20th, until September 5th, Saturn and Mars come together in Virgo, opposed to Jupiter in Pisces. This period is a time of great caution. There could be some calamities in the country. The earth will tremble and fires will rage in the South and the West. There will be a threat from not only natural disasters, but also war like situation or terrorist activities. The country’s homeland security should be on high alert.
Now when I talk of all this, the listeners should remember that the planets merely create such a situation, and all we have to do is be cautious and take every precaution to prevent such situations. For individuals, all those who have the Moon signs of Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces, will have a good time generally. Those with Moon sign of Aquarius, Gemini and Aries should watch their diet and health. Those with Moon sign Sagittarius and Gemini will have some shifting and major changes in their lives, maybe even career. Libra people may have some foreign travels. Those who have the Moon sign of Virgo are in the middle of the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn so should not be adventurous and try to maintain a normal routine life. Most of the effects could be described accurately on every person’s individual chart and the planetary positions.
Talking of natural calamities and disasters, I feel that all these natural disasters are also man made. People have become greedy and have crossed all limits to extract everything out of earth. As a result of which, there is a great ecological disbalance and the results are earthquakes, storms, floods etc. Today, countries are spending trillions of dollars sending rockets to other planets to know about them. They have spent billions of dollars for the big bang theory experiment, even putting the entire world to danger of extinction. Why do we have to do this? Why do we have to desperately find out what’s happening in the other planets when we can’t take care of our own planet? Why do we have to waste huge amounts of money to find out about the formation of earth? Why can’t we accept the Bible, or the Vedas, that describe how God made the world? Why cant countries and its great scientists find ways to save the earth from destruction, instead of trying to find its formation?
In our ancient scriptures written thousands of years ago, it was mentioned that in this age of Kaliyuga, evil would become maximum, and that there would be wars, natural calamities, destruction because of the rise of evil, and decline of good. Soon, this Dark Age will end, and there will be peace and prosperity in the world. People will live with a higher consciousness, and the divine Will shall prevail.

My newsletter has been due since quite sometime, and I thought that today, was the best day to write it. Today, May 2nd 2010, the planet Jupiter moved from Aquarius into Pisces. This is a significantly important shift for many people. As of today, Saturn is in Virgo, Rahu is in Sagittarius, Sun in Aries, Moon in Sagittarius, Mercury retrograde in Aries, Venus in Taurus, Mars in Cancer and Ketu in Gemini.
Mercury becomes direct on May 10th, and Mars enters Leo on May 26th. Mars has been in Cancer for an unusually long time, almost 7 months, since halfway through it went retrograde. Mars will be in Leo for only 2 months and then it enters Virgo, joining up with Saturn. Mars and Saturn will be together in Virgo from July 20th until September 5th. This Mars-Saturn conjunction may cause problems for some people and some countries and other world situations.

As per America’s chart, there will be some financial crunches and some high rank official or someone from the government would be in big trouble, because of a financial scam, and some illegitimate connections. Automobile companies and financial institutions will find the going hard. Some businesses will close down. Some big star would also pass away this year. President Obama will get some success and redeem some credibility. However he may have an accident and should be careful. I wish someone told him to wear a White Sapphire!
I mentioned in my last newsletter that the economy would become better, and I continue to stand by my statement. I had also said that America would be totally relieved from financial and other challenges from November 2011.
For India, the time is very dangerous. There could be terrorist attacks, dangers from natural calamities, accidents of some airliner or train, and serious threat to the country itself. The danger will be from the neighboring countries. The next 2 weeks are very crucial. In fact, both for India and America, there will be a dangerous situation from July 20th until September 5th. There could be natural disasters, many deaths, violence, terrorist attacks, and even the government will experience some disparity and disharmony. There would be some Military or Police situation, which will become national news.
Luckily, there are protecting forces and the rest of the time there will be great prosperity for India. Some new political leaders will come into prominence. Looks like the country will go through some wash down, and I see some new changes coming soon.
Now for individual charts. Those who have the Moon sign of Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces will experience a very positive time in their lives. They will see progress, prosperity, financial security and general harmony. Those who have the Moon sign of Gemini, Aquarius, Leo, Virgo and Libra are going to be under the effect of Saturn. Of these, Gemini and Sagittarius will be doubly affected because of the additional impact of Rahu and Ketu as well.
Apart from being aware of the situation, people should pray, be observant, be focused, and should not try to be adventurous during such times. One should never dwell in Ego, and rather be humble. And follow the principle of A B C. of life. Always – Be – Careful. Not only of what is around you, but also what is within you. A righteous life, prayers, and wise attitude often gets one away from many troubles. Karma and destiny are interlinked. But our present good Karma may redeem the consequences of some bad Karma, and man is saved from many troubles. You can be SAVED, by elimination these very words from your life.

Today is December 21st 2009, and we shall talk about the changes with effect from today, which is the winter solstice. Now as per the Hindu Vedic Astrology almanac, there have been 3 major changes recently. The planet Saturn moved from Leo into Virgo on September 10th, the planet Rahu moved from Capricorn into Sagittarius on November 17th, and yesterday, the planet Jupiter moved from Capricorn into Aquarius.
Now before we go further, I would like to draw attention to the hundreds of those who receive my newsletters, about the predictions in my previous newsletter dated September 11th 2009 in which I stated “Mid September to end of October, there may be some big storms that may cause great havoc. There could be some terrorist attacks in India... This period may create some destruction by way of natural calamities like earthquakes, unusual floods, and the oceans and seas may become very rough and there could be abnormal tides.”
You must have heard about the huge flood in south India, where millions of people were left homeless, and many hundreds died. The Army, Navy and the Air force were called out for rescue. Over 60,000 houses were washed away in that huge flood which hit the country on October 2nd 2009.
In America, there was a great flood in Georgia on September 22nd, in which some died and many were left homeless. The governor had declared emergency in 17 nearby counties. Earlier on September 9th this year, a flood hit Turkey in which 31 people died and thousands were left homeless. On September 26th, a huge storm hit Philippines where over 50 people died and more than 41000 were seeking refuge. Then in northern England, there was a huge flood on November 11th, due to the heaviest rainfall ever recorded in the British history, in which emergency workers and the Royal Air force were called out for rescue. They said that this kind of rainfall could come in a thousand years and that the rain amounted to Biblical proportions.
In the Far East, an earthquake of magnitude 8 hit the island of Soama on September 29th this year, and soon another earthquake hit the islands of Sumatra on September 30th. This triggered off a Tsunami which killed thousands of people. A second earthquake struck the island on October 2nd in which more disasters happened. Thousands were buried under the rubble, and tens of thousands were left helpless and stranded. This was a very high scale disaster.
There are two things to observe here. First of all the predictions were about huge floods and natural disasters, which was on the dot. Secondly, the dates when these would occur also were quite precise.
The other predictions about some terrorist attack on India also came true as the Indian government arrested many terrorists, who later disclosed that they were planning a similar or larger attack on India along the lines of 26/11 in the city of Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. This is just to prove that a deep study of the planets and stars can give us so much insight and information, and that we could prepare ourselves to deal with these situations. Like I had written that this time was a bad time to travel, and people should avoid any overseas travels. I am sure that at the places where these huge floods and destructions took place, there might have been many tourists there also, and who became victims of those unfortunate circumstances.
In one of my earlier newsletters, I had written that the USA would extend its hand of friendship and join hands with India and a couple of other countries. Well, recently on Thanksgiving, the Indian prime minister was invited to the white house as a special guest of honor. Pure vegetarian dishes were specially prepared for him. The Indian prime minister was the first overseas guest of honor since Obama became the president. President Obama also declared that India was indispensable to the U.S. and was an important ally. These foresights help us know the trends of the world situation and open up new doors for prosperity, peace and co-operation.
Now let’s move further and look at the present times and the future.
For America, this is going to be a new beginning towards learning, discipline, and some realizations about spiritualism by overcoming materialism. Ironically, the planet Saturn is at the same place where it was at the time of its independence. Its quite symbolic that today, the Moon also is in Aquarius, as it was on July 4th 1776. The other planets like Sun, Venus and Mercury are in the rising sign now.
This certainly indicates good times for America. The country will prosper, do good financially, and get support from other countries as well. However the situation regarding war, terrorism, danger to the country and its leaders still exist. Until May 2010, there may be dangers from terrorists and secret conspiracies within the country. A so called ally, a supposed friend and partner country, will betray America in a secret deceptive conspiring manner. This is a militant country, and a non-Christian country.
I see further changes in the government policies from May/ June 2010 onwards. Overall, by the end of 2011, America will overcome all it stresses and tensions, debts, and everything will settle down.
Between now and May/June 2010, some senior popular leader of the country will pass away. Some famous celebrities will also pass away or have some major mishap in their lives. From May 2010 onwards, both Obama and Hillary Clinton will achieve some great success and get some sort of award or recognition. Hillary Clinton will travel to eastern countries and fix some sort of liaison /partnership with at least 3 countries, one of them being India. There will be sharing of technologies and policies for the economic growth of America.
Many of you must have seen the movie 2012. But let me assure you that no such calamity is going to happen. However there are going to be some unusual climatic changes. Mysterious things will start happening, like the timing of the seasons, birds migrating much earlier than normally, summer fruits will start sprouting their flowers in winters, and a very slow reversal of the climatic conditions all over the world. As per the Hindu almanac, the age of Aquarius is about to end and the Piscean age is soon about to begin. There will be greater and higher forms of communication on earth. New kinds of electromagnetic energies are about to be discovered and the world will realize that there is another dimension of creation, unknown so far. There are in fact higher forms of life in forms of energy, which are not visible to the human eye or cameras. But some new invention and discovery will reveal these energy forms now.
By July 2014, the whole world will know of a great divine perception, that of God’s presence on earth, and thereafter there will be a huge wave of transformation of mankind. People all over will be overwhelmed with the great divine grace and energy, which will uplift everyone’s soul. From November of 2014, there is going to be a worldwide spiritual wave, and people all over the world will strive for peace, brotherhood and harmony. People of all races and religion, will start to recognize the divinity of that ONE GOD, and there will be a universal acceptance of Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love for God, His creation and the fellow human beings, and Non - violence. Within the next 12 years thereafter, there will be a continuous transformation of humanity, and the world will soon see the Golden age. Human beings will be at their true consciousness and live as per the divine Will. This is going to be the new age, the age of Truth and righteousness.
Now for the immediate times, those who have the Moon sign of Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Pisces and Gemini will be facing some challenges due to Saturn. However the Libra and Gemini signs will be getting some good news soon, and will get a streak of good luck from now until May 2010. They may get something going positively in their careers and may have to travel or move. Gemini, Virgo Sagittarius and Pisces people may experience some depressive situations at home and in their personal lives. This may last for the next 5 months.
But really speaking, each one’s individual’s birth chart will specify how that person will be affected and in which areas. These effects are just general, that too taking their Moon signs into account. In the ancient Hindu scriptures, there are many remedies mentioned to dilute or by-pass the difficult situations in life, be it health, finance, career, family relationships, children etc etc. But let me tell you one most certain fact. And this is as sure as you know that the Sun will rise tomorrow. That is - sincere prayer to God. A sincere one minute prayer to God from the deepest of your heart will reach Him through His Hotline! We all have challenges and difficulties in life. But THAT one lifeline which keeps us going is God. Love God, pray to Him, talk to Him, complain to Him, do all this, but with faith and sincerity. He, the heavenly father will surely respond. Whatever we suffer today, is because of some wrong choices which we have made, on basis of our mind and sense perceptions. Sometimes, these choices are not in harmony with our destiny, and that’s why they end up in troubles. An Astrological birth chart will reveal the true destiny of the person, the right directions, the right times and can be a complete guideline to one’s course of life and destiny.
May God give us all the wisdom to understand our Karma, and our duty towards humanity and mankind. May He give us Love, so that peace and prosperity may prevail in the world. May He give us faith, so that we live in harmony. May He give us freedom from materialistic delusions, so that we may live in truth, righteousness, peace and love.

In this newsletter, I shall discuss the monthly forecast for America and an insight of the influence of 2 major planets that are about to move and how these planetary shifts affect people on basis of their Moon signs. I have spoken about this and some more in a radio program yesterday, called the Heart of Mind, on WBAI radio, New York, FM 99.5 from 10 to 11 pm.
The major planet Saturn recently moved from Leo into Virgo on September 10th and many people have started to feel the impact. This month, there is going to be a difficult planetary configuration which is going to affect the country, and its leader. With effect from October 11th 2009, all planets are going to be in a chain formation on one side of the Zodiac until November 17th, when Rahu and Ketu shift their axis and move into Sagittarius and Gemini respectively. When all the planets come within the orb of Rahu and Ketu, and seven other planets come within the orb, such a peculiar formation is called “Kaalsarpa Yoga” This is symbolized as a serpent. This is going to create some unbalance in the universe and generate some destructive energies. Sun, Mercury, Saturn and Venus are all conjoined together, and Jupiter and Mars are in opposition, both in signs of debilitation. They are also in conjunction with Rahu and Ketu. The Moon also moves into Cancer, with Mars and Ketu.
This planetary combination is very dangerous and could pose a risk to the country. I had mentioned in my last newsletter about a month ago, that there could be some natural calamity or else, a terrorist attack or threat towards the last week of October. You must have heard on the news about a terrorist who was arrested a couple of weeks ago, and that they were planning to attack the city of New York. Well, I say that the threat is even more apparent now. This is a time to be very cautious and alert. I see religious fanatics hatching or planning something very soon. I also foresee that places near water, schools and financial companies and institutions or public transportation areas could be affected. Some storms could be around the corner soon, which could affect the south coast and there could be many losses.
There could be some terrorist attacks in India also, and again, cities near water and religious places could be the targets. This period may create some destruction by way of natural calamities like earthquakes, unusual floods, and the oceans and seas may become very rough and there could be abnormal tides. President Barrack Obama could be facing great mental stress and some hidden dangers. His wife’s health will also be affected during this month.
Generally, this is a bad time to travel, or to make any major decisions like major medical surgeries or procedures. People may be advised not to invest in real estate or any overseas businesses during this month. This is a time to lie low and just lead a regular life and to be alert and focused. And Pray!
Financial burdens continue for America and there could be great pressures to deal with regarding other countries. The allies and partners will be disagreeing with America and the country will be left dealing with war and other situations alone, without much support.
But from December 20th 2009 onwards, there will be some positive changes and America will start doing well again. I see that the financial situation becomes stable and good. I also foresee many new ideas and ventures come into effect. This starts the era of a huge relief and happy days will be here again! From November 2011 and thereafter, the country will be booming in full glory.
Those who have the Moon sign of Leo, Virgo and Libra are under the influence of the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn, and things will be difficult for them. The planet Rahu moves in November and Jupiter moves after mid December, so there could be good times for some, and challenges for some, depending on their birth charts. People should not confuse the Moon signs with Sun signs.
The western method of calculating the Zodiac signs is quite different (and wrong) from the actual one. The western Zodiac is called Tropical, and Zodiac calculated by the Hindu Vedic Astrology is called Sidereal. Western astrology calculates the Zodiac with the Sun’s entry into the first point of Aries. We all know that the Sun and Earth are in a relative motion, so obviously any calculations made between them are bound to be variable. The western system did not take into account the precession of the equinoxes, which is the tilt of the Earth’s axis. Because of these two principle errors, the western Zodiac is out by about 22 degrees from the actual Zodiac, which is truly calculated from the first star in the belt of Aries, since stars are fixed objects in the skies. Therefore if the planets are wrongly placed in the Zodiacs, the predictions and interpretations are going to be wrong.
Sometimes, these difficult planetary combinations come around and all we can do is be forewarned, and pray that all will be well and this negative configuration of planets get out of each other’s orb soon so that we may relax again. Forewarned is forearmed, and its always better to assume a danger and take every possible precaution, rather than throw caution to the winds. Who knows, by heeding some advice, some people may have saved themselves from some major disaster. If nothing happens, you are safe anyway, and will have done some introspection and prayers, which will surely benefit you!

In my last newsletter dated July 8th 2009, I had written about Michael Jackson, and the mystery about his death. As you must have read in the news and reports that came out two months later, after a very detailed investigation, it was revealed that his death was indeed caused by the drugs given to him, as mentioned in my newsletter earlier. Note also the times that I had mentioned about his deteriorating condition and the ultimate time of his death, which matches with the actual report.
Now, for the latest update and predictions. There has been a major transit on September 10th 2009. Saturn moved into Virgo. Saturn moves in about 2 and half years. Saturn is the most dreaded planet in the universe. People are always apprehensive about its moves and aspects. Rahu and Ketu will soon move in November, which move after one and half years. Then Jupiter moves on December 20th this year. Therefore, beginning from now, until the end of the year, and the year 2010, people will see some major changes around the world.
First of all, the United States of America will see some good changes. This begins the era of the up rise of the country, just as if it was granted independence. From December onwards, businesses, finances and many other sectors will show a positive growth. There will be treatise and trades with other countries and money will come in. But I also see much disagreement within the parliament members. It's quite possible that some people or someone may disassociate themselves from some posts or parties. Another interpretation is that some senior or important leader or a national icon may pass away. Ideas, laws and deals may get signed after delays, and will be slow to start off. But positive growth is surely happening for America. There will be emphasis on education, health, trades and laws on immigration. The government becomes stronger in armed forces and enemies will be vanquished. All these will happen within the year to come.
President Obama will lose some of his charm and glory, and will only come into limelight from May 2010 onwards. Hillary Clinton will prove to be very positive for the country from December onwards. She will do something positive with some Eastern countries. Even husband Bill will get some popularity. Joe Biden becomes tough, and talks tough! But he may experience some problems relating to the kidney or urinary tract. Acute acidity may also trouble him.
Mid September to end of October, there may be some big storms that may cause havoc. In fact towards the last week of October there is a dangerous combination which indicates that there may be some major natural calamity, or else, there may be some terror threat or some great health concern.
This information is not to put a scare into people, but to alert them to follow the ABC of life. Always – Be – Careful! Forewarned is forearmed. Precaution and prevention can avert most challenges. It is very important to exercise wisdom, and not to become a victim of the mind and senses. Duty, discipline, dedication, right direction, discrimination and control over the mind and senses are most important.
For those who have the Moon sign of Virgo, Scorpio, Pisces and Gemini should be ready to face some challenges during this Saturn transit. They are going to be swimming against the tide of time. For those who have the Moon signs of Libra, Leo, Aquarius and Taurus will heave a sigh of relief and things will get moving for them in a positive flow. These are just general influences. The exact nature of planetary effects will depend on the individual’s birth chart and the placement of planets therein. It’s a good idea to start praying on Saturdays, rather than “preying”. This preying refers to our materialistic indulgences which cater to wrong pleasures of sense gratifications. (Saturday is the day attributed to the planet Saturn.) Therefore, praying, being vegetarian by food, thought and deed helps in overcoming some difficult Karma.

Michael Jackson was born on August 29th 1958 in Gary, Indiana. The sign Leo was rising at sunrise, with mercury. Jupiter and Rahu were in Libra, in the 3rd house, Saturn in Scorpio in the 4th house, Moon in Aquarius in the 7th, Mars and Ketu were in the 9th house in Aries, and Venus was in Cancer in the 12th house.
Sun in Leo, the Kingly sign, rising with the time of sunrise indicated that he would be a very famous person, and so a star was born. It was a full Moon, which indicates that he would be a public person, and who would have a great concern for humanity, particularly children. His major period of Jupiter began when he was 6 years old. From his moon sign, Jupiter becomes the ruler of his 2nd house, which represents speech, (singing) and house of wealth. Since Jupiter was in Libra, ruled by Venus, he became expert in music and dance. There is a very strong Mars opposite Jupiter, forming a very powerful combination, which gave him strength of body and voice. He would also have been spiritual deep inside, and would have contemplated practicing yoga and such spiritual practices.
Saturn in his 4th house indicated that deep inside, he was a sad man and depressed. He had very deep insights and wanted to do a lot for humanity. Venus in Cancer was in a weak sign, and therefore he always lacked love. Mars and Ketu in the 9th house shows that his father was very severe on him and almost a dictator. His mother too, was not so much of a mother. His brothers and sisters were jealous of him, and friends were false and deceptive. Poor chap, everyone who was connected with him, was ripping him off, and he being the soul that he was, never retaliated. He would have been mostly defensive, and probably knew that everyone around him was greedy and taking advantage of him, but silently faced everything.
He indeed a good soul and was a great humanitarian. But Rahu and Ketu are planets that distort the planets and the signs they occupy. So he had some misplaced beliefs, which could be to do with religion, faith, occult or medical. We know that he went through many surgeries for his looks and wanted to live beyond normal life. Rahu also gave him some unconventional or out of natural ideas. Out of natural, NOT unnatural. But most of it was due to people who he associated with. He had some real bad friends and bad advisors. No one was true to him. His very own blood, was his enemy. In the sense that they cheated him and deceived him. All Michael the man wanted was to have some good, loving and caring people around him. That’s why he associated with children because children are so pure and unselfish.
Even for being a godfather to them, one of those accused him of molestation. Michael Jackson’s chart has no planetary situations that may suggest that he might be a sexual pervert, or a child molester. Sadly, all that bad publicity was also a conspiracy to defame him and get money out of him. There were many out there, who were very jealous of him. Even his very own, used him and deserted him. He was very sad within his heart. It’s sad that people of the world first curse and defame a person, and then glorify them after their death. The other uncanny part is that such great people never lived to long. History is the witness of many such great people. To name a few, Elvis Presley, Bruce Lee, Princess Diana, Gandhi, John Kennedy, and many others.
June 25th, 2009. Michael was in the major period of Mercury and just started the sub period of Rahu. Saturn was transiting over the birth positions of his Sun and Mercury, and the 7th from his moon sign. This was a very stressful transit and his nervous system was very weak, lungs under pressure and heart pumping with great effort. On June 25th, Mars and Venus were within 1 degree of conjunction in Aries. Moon was in Cancer with Rahu and Ketu. I feel that since June 23rd, around midnight, Michael would have started having some breathing problems, and feeling very restless. He may not have been able to sleep, but would have been almost in a semi conscious state. Then the drugs given by the doctor made his situation more unstable. He did not get enough oxygen, and his central nervous system started failing, and he lost his speech. The sub period of Rahu started on June 25th morning at about 11 am and that’s when suddenly and unexpectedly, Michael’s lungs would have collapsed and he stopped breathing.
Thus ended the saga of a great artist, the king of entertainment, who rose like the Sun, shone bright during his life, and after the sunset, his reflection is seen in the Moon. So the sun has set, but his music, his impressions, his work lives on. Today, the whole world remembers him, and connects to him, but its so sad that that man, went away, sad and lonely. Maybe, having been betrayed by people of earth, Michael went to seek true love from God. The center verse of the Bible says “It is better to have faith in God, than trust man”. I wish Michael would have followed that. He would have been alive today, and a happier man. But I suppose God must be bored up there and so He summoned Michael to entertain the celestial beings for a change!

Dear friends,
In my last newsletter dated April 26th 2009, I had written that the economy will start an upward trend, and the Wall Street will also look up. I had also written that Hillary Clinton may expect some health issues, and that President Obama will be under pressure due to some unconventional strategies. And that he may be at some risk between June to September.
You must have heard that Obama was threatened by some Islamic militants. His comments in the Middle East meetings invited many acid remarks and criticism from many in America. You must have also heard today that Hillary Clinton fell down and fractured her elbow. Her husband Bill, may also be at health risk, which I wrote earlier.
In India, I had mentioned that there would be a defragmentation of all parties, which happened, and finally the congress took over in majority.
The economy has surely picked up, but many companies are taking advantage of this situation and filing for bankruptcy, laying off employees and defrauding the government for saving on tax money and claiming financial losses, whereas they keep paying themselves bonuses and pay themselves for various fictitious expenses.
I still say that America will do better now onwards. The month of August will be very positive overall. The planet Mercury is moving very fast and it will cover the Zodiac signs of Gemini and Cancer between July 1st to July 30th. Mars also moves into Taurus on July 4th. This time could be a bit risky from security point of view, and also usher some unusual storms. July 22nd we have a TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE, and this could also cause some unexpected problems due to the weather and some financial blotch, on some big wigs or government officers. As per the Hindu scriptures, this total solar eclipse is due to the dark planet Rahu engulfing the Sun. Ironically; it is the new moon too on July 22nd.
Some bills could be passed in the government during this time.
July 31st Jupiter goes back into Capricorn, and Obama will assume his confidence again and assert his positions on various policies. Come September 10th, and the mighty Saturn moves into Virgo. This will be a big relief to America, and people who have the moon signs of Leo, Aquarius, Cancer, Libra and Taurus.
October 3rd, Uranus moves into Aquarius, and November 18th, Rahu moves into Sagittarius, and Ketu also moves into Gemini. This will also bring about a change of energies around the world. For the better!!!
This is indeed the year of many changes and new awareness for the world. Until then, some Karmic lessons to be learnt! Mankind HAS to learn to overcome Maya, the worldly illusions and delusions and become righteous in every aspect and approach towards life. Money nowadays, is based upon as M- Mind, O- Obsessions, N- Negative karma, E- Ego, Y-Yearnings.
I believe that the change of the world order will begin from May 3rd 2010. Therafter, for the next one full year, there will be a fierce competition on between the righteous and the unrighteous. This change will carry on till the middle of 2012. The fight between the positive and negative energies will eventually be settled by the hand of God, and Dharma shall prevail. The world will start seeking divine justice and people all over the world will come to know of God and His Will. 17 years from now, the whole world will believe in ONE GOD, and the entire humanity and mankind will live in peace and bliss. Jupiter and Neptune combine together in the sign of Pisces in March 2023. Then Rahu too, joins in December the same year. The devil shall be vanquished! This will be the golden age, the age of light and truth. Humans will be at a high level of consciousness and there will be no more wars and destructions. Only love, peace and bliss. Even the animals will be friendly and harmonious with humans. The entire creation will be in a globe of divine light.

Dear friends
All spiritual religions and scriptures teach us the same things. But people are often confused when applying these teachings in their practical life. We shall discuss some of them in this newsletter.
1. DO NOT GROW IN DESIRES AND DO NOT HAVE ATTACHMENTS.
Not to dwell in desires does not mean not to do your worldly duties or fulfill responsibilities. The question is- where and how does one judge the difference between desires and requirements? We all have to earn money to pay our bills and get the things we need. Here is the key word. NEED. While we should certainly try to get what we need, but not necessarily what we WANT. There is a huge space between need and want. Need refers to our requirements of life, be it in form of health, food, clothing and other day to day things. But you cannot say you need to buy a Rolex watch! That is a WANT. A desire. Similarly, you may say that you need cosmetics, but you really need Cosmetrics!
That means- apply the foundation of the Cosmic laws. Body identification is merely living in ego, and not being your true self. Self is the Atma, the soul. Mind and senses derail a person completely from the true purpose and being. Maya is the main cause of it. Maya is illusion and delusion. Maya makes one believe in the falsely projected world. Therefore we should try to be focused in our inner being, and do our karma in the world, but always try to transcend to a higher level of consciousness. But how does one connect to higher level of consciousness? And what is this consciousness?
Now here is where we go to the 2nd part - ATTACHMENT.
Attachment is the prime cause of all grief and sorrow. When we are attached to someone, and that relationship breaks, there is grief and sorrow. Whether attachment is to parents, husband, wife, friends, children or ant worldly object, it is bound to bring grief in some form, in some way or in some time in life. Attachment is also Maya. Nothing in the world is forever, and all things must come and go, just as a scenery passes away as you ride in a train. Even attachment to the body causes pain, since the body will grow old one day. The only way to evolve spiritually is to develop detachment. This does not mean that one should not care about family or friends. Always care and love all. But without expectation, or attachment. Attachment brings jealousy, possessiveness, anxiety, anger, depression, aggression, greed, selfishness and eventually downfall. Therefore one has to exercise discrimination over all these matters when trying to judge how much is too much.
In a family, how do we apply these teachings? Between a husband and wife, and between parents and children, don't we have desires and attachments? Yes, we do!!! Then how do we know the difference between desire, duty, responsibility and love?
Well this is the hardest part. Between a husband and wife, the relationship should be based on commitment, trust, duty, responsibility and harmony. The husband and wife should live their lives by becoming exemplaries for their children. Remember, parents are the first teachers of their children. Parents should fulfill their responsibilities and duties selflessly, and with love. But love does not mean going overboard with extravagance and overindulgence, without any sense of discipline or discrimination. This way, you will spoil your children and ruin the delicacy of the relationship between husband and wife. One should be firm in discipline and follow ethics and values. Sometimes, a mother has to show her annoyance at the children, and even punish them for misbehavior. But that is not from the heart, that is only a drama the mother has to play, in order to teach the children. The relationship between husband and wife is at many levels. They are friends, lovers, companions, and mates for life. Therefore they share many emotions and sense perceptions in mind, heart and body. Even sex between them, should be out of love, not lust. In the west, sex is such an important issue in relationships. But alas! this is such a sadly misplaced idea. Relationships that are based on flesh, perish soon with time.
After so much of introspection about human life, and about applying the righteous human and spiritual values, we narrow down to just one word - DISCRIMINATION.
At every point in our life, every day and moment, we should exercise discrimination. This is the only way we can lead a righteous and virtuous life. Below here, I have defined discrimination, which says it all.
D - Divine - Divine contemplation
I - Introspection - Constant self check
S - Spiritual - Righteousness
C - Control - Senses and desires
R - Righteousness - Live by right values
I - Intuition - Deep insight
M - Mind - Control the mind
I - Instinct - Judge correctly
N - Noble - Live virtuously
A - Awareness - Of Soul, not body
T - Truth - Truth is consciousness
I - Information - Be well informed of world
O - Observation - Look out for good and bad
N - Non violence - Don’t give in to anger
With this, I end this part of practical spiritualism series. I will be writing many more of these series in time to come, and hope that readers may benefit from it. If anyone has any doubts or questions, they are free to ask! I will be glad to answer them, to the best of my knowledge and wisdom, that Baba has granted me with. We are all seekers, and God alone, is the giver. I pray to God to give all of us the wisdom, inner strength and ability to live our lives in peace, harmony, selflessly and as per the divine Will.

Dear friends,
Today is April 26th, 2009 , and its time for my newsletter. Yesterday was the new moon with Sun and moon both in Aries, Mercury moved to Taurus yesterday, Venus and Mars remain in Pisces, almost degree wise in conjunction, Jupiter in Capricorn with Rahu, Saturn in Leo, Uranus moved into Pisces on April 6th, and Ketu in Cancer. Jupiter will move into Aquarius on May 2nd until July 31st, and some good changes are expected during this transit.
First of all, the economic crises. The economy is going to take an upward trend from next week, and businesses will start doing well. Money is going to come in, and even the Wall Street will start an upward trend in the graph. America will see hope and better times soon. There will be trade collaborations with some countries and the country will become secure again. America will also decide to withdraw troops from Iraq , and strengthen its military with help of other countries to fight terrorism. I see America joining hands with 3 major partners. Banks will get busy again, and real estate and property related businesses will do brisk business. Overall, this spring and summer will be fruitful. But the actual long term change will come after December 20th this year.
Hillary Clinton will get an important task, in which she will excel, and prove worthy of her rank and responsibility. I feel that she will be instrumental in the war and security situation around the world. Although she may get some flak for her decisions or approach to the task. Hillary may be susceptible to some health issues. Her husband may also be susceptible to some kidney to Cardiac problems. She will be doing a lot of traveling and experience mental stress.
President Obama will propose some unconventional strategies which will raise eyebrows and create some unsettling situations. From June onwards, till September 10th, he may be at some risk, so his personal security should be enhanced. Islamic Jehadis (terrorists) may target him. He may also experience some blood pressure problems, or health related to blood related infections. As per India ’s chart, the time is not good.
India is going through the seven and a half year cycle of Saturn until September 10th this year. The present time will cause unrest, uncertainty, defragmentation in the government, and security factors. I feel that the country will go through some reversals from this September, and the overall good time and solidity of the country will only be established from May/June 2010 onwards. This time will see a new leader, and a great transformation of the country. India will shine like a light and start a new trend in the world by righteousness, spiritual and human values and prosperity. This will also be the beginning of a new era for India . Almost like a renaming the country. Whatever situations prevail in India , the neighboring countries like Sri Lanka , Pakistan , and Bangladesh will also be affected since astrological points around these countries are more or less similar. Therefore I see difficult situations for these countries as well. The only major difference is that the astrological chart of all these countries will be different.
For individuals, those who have the moon sign of Taurus, Leo, Capricorn, and to some extent Libra, will experience some difficult situations. But Gemini, Libra and Aquarius signs will see some sudden good changes, and relief. The individual chart of every person would show different influences and effects.
